Beim Erstauftrag wird eine Desigerstellungsgebühr in Höhe von 20,00 € berechnet. Die Designerstellungsgebühr enthält einmal das Setzen des Druckbildes nach Ihren Vorgaben. Jede weitere Änderung wird mit 20,00 € berechnet.
Personalisierte oder individuell für Sie produzierte Ware ist von der Rückgabe oder dem Umtausch ausgeschlossen. Bei einem Rücktritt von der Produktion individueller Aufträge stellen wir Ihnen den entstandenen Arbeitsaufwand für die Gestaltung, die Kosten für die Druckvorbereitung und die Ware in Rechnung.

Die Höhe der Entsorgungsgebühren ergibt sich aus dem Produktmaterial und dessen Gewicht. Sie finden die Entsorgungsgebühren im Warenkorb und auf Ihrer Online-Bestellbestätigung sowie auf Ihrer Rechnung ausgewiesen.

Ein für Tüten erhobenes Entgelt, dessen Höhe selbst durch jede Apotheke festgelegt werden kann, ist wie normaler Handverkaufsumsatz (Regelsteuersatz) zu versteuern. Wir empfehlen Ihnen aber, die Papiertragentaschenabgabe in Ihrem Kassensystem als „Dienstleistung“ anzulegen und nicht als Eigenartikel, da dies sonst Ihre Abverkaufsstatistiken beeinflusst.
