Diese Entsorgungsgebühren für Serviceverpackungen werden für Sie zum Nachweis gegenüber dem Gesetzgeber auf Ihrer Rechnung ausgewiesen und kommen zum Nettoverkaufspreis hinzu. Die Höhe der Entsorgungsgebühren ergibt sich aus dem Produktmaterial und dessen Gewicht. Sie finden die Entsorgungsgebühren im Warenkorb und auf Ihrer Online-Bestellbestätigung sowie auf Ihrer Rechnung ausgewiesen.
Gut zu wissen:
Ein für Tüten erhobenes Entgelt, dessen Höhe selbst durch jede Apotheke festgelegt werden kann, ist wie normaler Handverkaufsumsatz (Regelsteuersatz) zu versteuern. Wir empfehlen Ihnen aber, die Papiertragentaschenabgabe in Ihrem Kassensystem als „Dienstleistung“ anzulegen und nicht als Eigenartikel, da dies sonst Ihre Abverkaufsstatistiken beeinflusst.
