Unkomplizierte Cloud basierte Temperaturaufzeichnung.
Ideal wenn an mehreren Orten innerhalb eines WLAN-Verbundes Daten gemessen, gespeichert und dokumentiert werden sollen.
Aufgrund der integrierten wasserfesten Kabelfühler auch sehr gut für die Temperaturüberwachung in Arzneikühlschränken.
Je Sender wird ein Werkszertifkat mitgeliefert (Messpunkt 8°C) das Sie bei Ihren QM-Dokumentationen hinterlegen können.
Das einfache Prinzip:
Das TÜW-Starter-Set bietet Ihnen eine kosten- und zeiteffiziente Messlösung und vereinfacht die Lagertemperaturüberwachung von Arzneimitteln. Alle relevanten Temperatur-Messwerte werden von diesem speziell entwickelten Funk-Datenlogger präzise und über WLAN an die Cloud gesendet. Dort werden die Messwerte sicher für 90 Tage online gespeichert und können jederzeit über Smartphone, Tablet oder PC abgerufen werden. Sollten Grenzwerte verletzt werden, werden Sie sofort per E-Mail alarmiert. Es können mehrere E-Mail Adressen für die Alarmierung hinterlegt werden
Alle Vorteile des Temperaturüberwachungs-Starter-Sets auf einen Blick:
- Das Starter-Set beinhaltet 3 Temperatursender zum Messen der Umgebungstemperatur in Innenräumen. Gleichzeitig kann über die integrierten, wasserfesten Kabelfühler die Temperatur in Arzneikühlschränken überwacht werden. Es können bis zu 50 Sender an das Gateway-Modul angeschlossen werden. Über "Zubehör" können Sie weitere Sender dazubestellen
- Plug & Play: Um die Temperatursender zu nutzen, muss keine Software installiert werden. Sie benötigen lediglich einen Internetanschluss, WLAN und einen normalen Web-Browser
- Automatische Datenübertragung: Die Messwerte werden über das Gateway-Modul (ist im Starter-Set enthalten) und WLAN automatisiert an den Server übertragen. Das Gateway-Modul muss mit dem mitgelieferten LAN-Kabel direkt mit dem Router verbunden werden. Ein manuelles Auslesen des WLAN-Datenloggers entfällt! In der Cloud sind alle Daten mindestens 90 Tage verfügbar
- Flexibler Datenzugriff: Über die WEATHERHUB OBSERVER Plattform www.wh-observer.de können die Messwerte jederzeit und weltweit über PC, Tablet oder Smartphone abgerufen und zahlreiche Zusatzfunktionen genutzt werden. Die Werte werden als übersichtliches Diagramm angezeigt, das auf bestimmte Zeitintervalle (Tag, Woche oder Monat) eingestellt werden kann. Der Export der Daten kann graphisch in Form einer PDF-Datei oder im Textformat als CSV-Datei erfolgen. Die Export-Dateien lassen sich per E-Mail versenden
- Zuverlässige Alarmierung: Grenzwertverletzungen werden per E-Mail gemeldet. Das ermöglicht ein schnelles Eingreifen bei Störungen
- Die WEATHERHUB OBSERVER Plattform erfordert keine zusätzliche Nutzungsgebühr oder Abo-Kosten!
- Vollständig browserbasiert und somit nahezu plattformunabhängig; nutzbar über Windows, Apple und Linux-PCs oder auch über Android, iOS und Windows Phone
- Pro Sender wird ein Werkszertifikat mitgeliefert. Das Werkszertifikat beinhaltet die Kalibrierung an einem Messpunkt (8°C). Diese Werkszertifikate können Sie in Ihrem QM-System hinterlegen.
